This page allows any participant, parent/guardian or teacher to permanently delete their Aayaatul Quran account — with every learner on that mobile number and all associated personal and learning data — without requiring the application to be installed.
How to request account deletion
We provide two convenient methods to request permanent deletion of your account and personal records. Deletion removes the account and every learner on that mobile number in Aayaatul Quran only. Our sister programmes, Flowers of Quran and Pearls of Quran, are separate: an account there with the same number is not touched.

If you uninstalled the application or cannot access your device, simply fill in the form below. Your request is delivered to our administrative desk at ask@characterbee.com — no mail app needed.
You can also email ask@characterbee.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request”, your registered phone number and the participant’s name.

Once submitted, your request is delivered to our administration desk for permanent database deletion. We may contact you on the phone number or email you give, solely to confirm that you are the account holder or their parent/guardian.

In full accordance with Google Play User Data policies, the Aayaatul Quran account on this number — its credentials, every learner’s profile, learning progress, notes and bookmarks — will be permanently deleted from our servers. Our sister programmes are not affected. Keep your reference ID for any follow-up. You may now safely close this window.

We are fully transparent about what data is removed and what minimal records (if any) are retained.

Processing timeline
All verified deletion requests received via the app, the learner portal or this web resource are processed within 30 calendar days.
You get a reference ID straight away. A request from the learner portal also signs you out.
We may reach out via the phone number or email provided, solely to confirm the requester is the account holder or their parent/guardian.
The account and every learner on it — profiles, progress, journals and certificates — are removed from Aayaatul Quran’s active databases.
Rolling backups are overwritten every 30 days. Nothing is restored to bring a deleted account back.
